Faisal Bidmos is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria ICAN and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria CITN. He has an MBA finance from the University of Lagos and graduated from same university in 1995 in Mathematics .He started his career in the then Equity Bank of Nigeria limited in June 1997, as an executive trainee and rose through the ranks and on
account of his exemplary hard work, integrity and positive attitude , he became a Senior Manager in July 2011 with Access Bank Plc, He won the Best staff award twice in Equity Bank on account of his outstanding performance while in the Strategy department and later in the Financial Control department of the bank. He later became the Head 
of MIS in both Equity Bank and intercontinental Bank Plc, he was a student research project supervisor and examiner of the DLI center University of Lagos Akoka in 2016. He is a Management Consultant and Forensic Auditor with over 20 years professional experience in the Nigerian corporate space. He was in ARAMS GROUP as the Chief Finance Officer (CFO). He is presently the Managing Partner / CEO, Faisal Bidmos and Co (Chartered Accountants & Tax Practitioners).  He is widely travelled and an editorial advisor in financial Nigeria , a monthly finance publication .

Dr Niyi Raji is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria FCA and also a fellow of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria CIBN. Dr Raji started his corporate career in 1990 with Afribank Nigeria PLC and rose to become an Assistant General Manager(AGM) in 2009 in Intercontinental Bank PLC,. He resigned his appointment at Access Bank in April 2013 and became the Managing Director of Blue intercontinental Microfinance Bank in October 2013 a position he held until August 2016 When he resigned his appointment in Access Bank to become the CEO of RPA Africa limited. RPA Africa is into consulting with interest in financing banking and research, Dr Raji is an alumnus of the University of Ibadan Nigeria, London business School UK and Lagos Business School. He attended the University of Ibadan, Nigeria where he finished as best graduating student in 1987 in Agricultural Economics. He also finished as best graduating student in his Master's Degree program in 1990 and proceeded direct for his Doctorate. Dr Niyi Raji enjoyed four (4) scholarships and two (2) other awards for his University education. 

Moses Opeyemi Ogundele hails from Ibadan. He had his First School Leaving Certificate from Victory Nur & Pry Sch, Oke-Ado Ibadan in 1994, his Secondary Sch at Celestial Church of Christ High School (CCCHS), Joyce B Road, Ibadan in 2000, ND Accountancy from the Polytechnic Ibadan, Saki Campus in 2005 and a B.Sc. Economics from the University of Ibadan later in 2022. He had AAT from ABWA in 2010 and became an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 2012. He later became a Fellow of ICAN in 2023.

Being a young dynamic Professional Accountant with almost two decades of experience in the Finance and Accountancy Industry, Moses has worked in various capacity which includes serving as the Pioneer Accountant of John O.G. Group, Akanran Road, Ibadan and later as a Divisional Manager of the same Company between 2005 and 2010, before leaving for his private business. He also worked with Foodco Supermarkets in 2012 as Inventory Control Auditor. After his qualification as ACA, he joined Olabisi Fayombo & Co. (Chartered Accountants), Liberty Road, Ibadan as Audit Trainee between 2013 and 2015. He was appointed the Head of Finance of Agricare Std Plus Ltd, Oluyole Ibadan between 2015 and 2017. He has also worked in other places such as JKC Consulting as Training Manager, Akure Branch, Training Manager at AJ Silicon, Lagos just to mention a few. His flair for Auditing led him to go back to Olabisi Fayombo & Co. where he served as Audit Manager and also completed his 36 months Mandatory Professional Training from 2019 to 2022. During this period, he became a Consulting Partner to Faisal Bidmos & Co. (Chartered Accountants), Lagos.

In 2019, He became the Coordinator of Uplink Professionals, an ICAN Tuition House located in Ibadan and the Principal Partner of Moses Ogundele & Co (Chartered Accountants) with ICAN tenured practice license approved in 2022.

Moses Ogundele has vast experience in Audit, Accountancy, Inventory Control, Tax Practice, Training, Company Secretarial Administration and Management Consultancy.

He has served as a member of the Technical Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Ibadan District, and has been representing the District occasionally as a guest speaker at BCOS Television programme called Business Insight.

As a born again Christian, he holds several spiritual positions which among others include serving as the Director of Finance of The Gospel Spreaders Mission (Inc), A Missionary Group. In 2020, He became the Church Secretary of Bible Based Church (Inc) (BBC), Olopometa Assembly, Ibadan, having previously served as the Assistant Secretary. He had also previously served as the National Accountant of Bible Based Church (w/w).

Moses is happily married with two wonderful kids.

Mr. Ganiyu Munir has won recognition as accredited auditor for USA government-funded projects, having executed many audit and tax consulting assignments (in the capacity of an Engagement partner) both within and outside Nigeria. Prominent among them are: Audit of Financial Statements and Ex-Post Procurement Review of African Development Bank (AWF Projects) in Anglophone Africa in Kenya, Zambia, Ghana, Burkina Faso, and Egypt. He also led Stock -taking exercise conducted for Catholic Relief Services (CRS) across 36 states of the federation, Audit of several projects funded by: US government such as: USAID, USADF, UNICEF and US-Center for Disease Control and Prevention (USCDC.) 2015 - 2023, He led the audit of several projects executed by Federal Government of Nigeria through North East Development Commission (NEDC) in Abuja, Adamawa State and Borno state from 2019 to 2022, Audit of Federal Teaching Hospital, Abakaliki (FETHA) 2014 - 2023), Audit of FHI 360 Financial Statements (2015 -2023), Audit of Catholic Caritas Foundation of Nigeria (CCFN) – (2014 – 2023) etc. Ganiyu is a IFRS paper presenter and chairman of Parker Randall (Nigeria) International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Implementation Team. He had his tertiary education at the he Polytechnic Ibadan - HND (Accounting with Upper Credit) 1989 and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2004. He was Team Lead, Field Audit - Intercontinental Bank Plc for 12 years

Mr Ayodele Lasisi is a financial  modelling and valuation analyst, he graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University where he bagged a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accounting with second class upper division. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. AYO is currently pursuing multiple professional qualifications for Certified Information and System Analysts (CISA), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and Data Analysis. AYO has deep experience in finance roles such as accounting, tax and internal controls.

Mr Olatunde Ibrahim is an accountant by profession with vast experience in financial consultancy services. He graduated in Accountancy from Ondo State Polytechnic Owo and worked with National insurance Corporation of Nigeria (NICON) From 1985 to 1995 at various level in the corporation Accounting Department. From 1996 to 2003 worked with A. Lawal (Chartered accountants) before he established his own firm Complete Solution Consult a financial, tax and management services outfit specialise in forensic and fund recovery. He is a chartered accountant and married with children.
